AQUATOR is a state-of-the-art modelling package designed for Windows PCs that simulates the operation of complex water resource supply networks.
It was developed by Oxford Scientific Software in 2001 and is now extensively used in the UK by Water Companies, The Environment Agency, SEPA and several other engineering consultants
