Hydro-Logic are approved by the Environment Agency to assess consent holders monitoring arrangements under the Monitoring CERTification Scheme (MCERTS). The scheme was launched in April 2003 to fulfil the Environment Agency’s obligations under the Urban Wastewater Treatment Directive.
Hydro-Logic has certified over 700 sites since the outset of the scheme, and currently works with a range of clients, including three major water companies. Other key client sectors include: power generation, pharmaceuticals, food processing, manufacturing, waste disposal, petro-chemical, quarries, fisheries, brewing and paper mills.
Our Nationwide MCERTS Inspection Service includes:
- Site selection and survey
- Hydraulic and works flow analysis
- Advice on Quality Management Systems (QMS)
- Review and Verification of flow meters, including Uncertainty Analysis
- Hydrometric design, build and installation service
- Training Courses for Managers and Operators.
