Most production is subcontract to specialist suppliers who produce work to the required standard.  Final test is carried out in-house, using a mixture of automatic test equipment and manual test scripts.  Factory test is performed on all items shipped.

Subcontract production allows our small, tightly integrated design team to manufacture equipment in significant volume.

Test records are stored automatically in a production database as tests are carried out, and are accessible on a intranet-based production data system that displays the full production and service history from the barcode on the part.

 

The production records are automatically updated when any systems are returned for repair or upgrade.
