Location: Mortimer, near Reading
Salary: £12,500 - £14000 (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Hydro-Logic is one of the UK's foremost providers of hydrological and hydrometric services and water monitoring technologies.

An increasing workload in our consultancy services team based at our Mortimer office has led to us currently looking to appoint a Hydrometric Technician on a full-time, permanent basis.

The successful candidate will assist with the following field and desk-based activities:
 Field data collection (including water level, flow and rainfall)
 Data processing and reporting
 Installation and operation of hydrometric sites.

Basic requirements include:
 Good practical skills
 Enjoy working outdoors
 A good understanding of basic mathematics together with computer literacy
 Full UK driving licence is essential.

A degree in an Earth Science, Civil Engineering or similar may be an advantage but is not essential and equal consideration will be given to all candidates with relevant qualifications and / or experience.
