       All Hydro-Logic software has free support during the first twelve months.
       Extended software support is typically offered at 15% of the list price
       value of the software per annum.  Benefits include regular improvement
       updates usually once or twice a year, continued free use of the support desk
       and information / special offers on training.

Isodaq Equipment Service Form
       If you have been asked to return Isodaq equipment for service or repair then
       please complete a service form with as much detail as possible. Please then
       print out the form, sign and return it  with the equipment.
