Founder and Managing Director
Responsible for many projects including overall management of groundwater monitoring projects for water companies; design and rehabilitation of flow gauge structures for NRA, EA, BNFL and other clients; managing a large hydrometric network of compensation flow and reservoir level gauges for a major water company plc.

Acting as specialist sub-consultant mainly on water resource investigations and flood modelling projects particularly in catchments of the river Thames and Lee in Hertfordshire, Essex and in London for NRA, EA, BWB and several major engineering consultants.  Also worked as a hydrometric data consultant on aid-funded projects in Jordan and Palestine.

Design and marketing of the HydroLog suite of water data management software products for PC computers to enable improved processing, archiving and reporting of long-term records from data logger sand telemetry systems for level, flow and water quality.

Independent Consultant Hydrologist, 1983 - 1985
Engaged on a major ODA funded hydrometry project in Somalia responsible for rehabilitation of flow gauge network; training of counterpart staff in maintenance procedures, current-meter gauging and processing of river flow records.
