Business Manager - North & Scotland

We currently have a vacancy for a Business Manager to lead our market leading Hydrometric Services business in the North of England and Scotland. The role will involve Directing an existing portfolio of projects, taking on management of key clients, preparing proposals and tenders and managing projects. You will also be responsible for the operational management of the region, including managing the day-to-day activity of the technical teams, and delivery of the budget, with regional managers for the North of England and Scotland reporting to you.  

We undertake hydrometric monitoring projects for most major water companies in the UK, many local authorities and multidisciplinary consultants. These involve gauging station network design and feasibility work, installation of telemetered monitoring or warning sites and spot sampling programmes.
